Coastal Equities was formed in the late 1970's. Our founding principals were involved in real estate
investment for their own accounts, as well as advising others that were clients of their accounting firm. In the
past 30 years, Coastal Equities has managed, acquired and sold over $800,000,000 and 30,000,000 square feet
of commercial and residential real estate. Our main business activities include the acquisition and operation of
shopping centers, commercial office buildings, and residential properties.
Our team consists of in-house real estate brokers, attorneys, accountants, and property managers. We have established long term relationships with experienced third party service providers (architects, surveyors, engineers, attorneys and municipalities) throughout the United States. We also have valuable relationships with financing sources which allow us to commit to, and close on, new acquisitions in an expedited manner.

Analysis of Investment Goals: Our investment criteria is to purchase properties on the basis of cash flow situation combined with capital appreciation potential. In assessing investments, we evaluate the cash flow, potential appreciation, economic stability and tax benefits prior to making a decision to purchase a property.
Negotiations and Purchase: Over 150 major real estate properties successfully purchased by Coastal give the company an excellent reputation as a serious and successful investor in the real estate industry. Coastal also manages all of its own properties.
Principals
Edward Ross, CPA: Edward is a long standing Partner at Finkle, Ross and Rost, a New York based accounting and business development company with over 30 years experience. Since 1975, Edward and his team have developed and managed residential and commercial property.
Scott Ross: Scott is an experienced financial advisor and real estate developer. Scott has been a principal at Coastal Equities since 1996. During his tenure, Scott has uncovered dozens of real estate investments which have consistently delivered double digit returns.
Howard Arnberg, Esq: Howard is a member of the NYS Bar Association and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. His background includes work at the NYS Attorney General's Office, Real Estate Finance Division, attorney for the Law Firm of Ruskin, Moscou, Evans and Faltischek, LLC as well as significant experience in developing franchise and retail operations, lease negotiations and corporate finance.
